| I had not originally planned to do an anthology index,
so the files below are not nearly as comprehensive as the other
listings and there are several sources of additional titles which I have
yet to integrate into the list. Consider this a good start. They are each arranged alphabetically by title. The occasional notes at the end of a listing enclosed in [these] indicate a theme anthology, but only when certain frequently used themes are used. Since almost every anthology today has a theme of some sort, the distinction has become less worthwhile.
